Waiting for dinner. so hungryyyyyy..

Most of us woke up with some body pain but it did not stop us from preparing earlier and be excited for this day as we go to PPS to learn new things in circus.
Riding in "tuk tuk" is our daily routine to go to PPS. The temperature today is worse and we're freezing but the exercises we had kept us warm.
We were divided into different groups for acrobatics, rola bola, aerial ring and trapeze this morning. After, we had another hip hop class and everybody was happy because we were taught a hip hop dance and not just some hard-to-learn break dance steps. This is something we were looking for, so we could have something new (dance steps and choreography) to teach to our co-girls in the center.
Tita Maybell (Social worker) also courageously tried rola bola and we were happy that she is also learning with us. It was her first time!
Juliene said. " I am starting to enjoy the training with different activities in a day although I miss the food in the Philippines. I am also happy because I was able to catch up the hiphop dance."
Safety of every person in doing circus is a top priority. Our staff and us are securing the girls' safety, thus in order to learn more about it, we had a demonstration with the teacher on how to properly attach the aerial materials securely. We also learned that you have to be very vigilant around as accidents are just around the corner. Everybody tried to install/attach the materials properly. Moreover, we realized that we have to push ourselves to learn more and do better in every things we do.
We learned more in Hula hoop and trampoline tricks. At first we were still scared jumping in trampoline but we were able to catch up after trying and trying. It was good to try first before saying "no, I cannot do it."
It was a productive and fun-filled day for all of us. We watched another circus show tonight and we were amazed by the performance. The Cambodian artists are very good in acting and we observed the flow of their show.
After watching the show, we went to Tito Luc Richard's restaurant to have our dinner. Tita Ramoch (Tito Luc's wife) cooked delicious Cambodian food and everybody enjoyed it. Thank you Tito Luc and Tita Ramoch!
Febe learning new skill.

Keep hanging, Romalyn.

Warm up.
